Communication throughout the buying process has been terrible with estimated dates of completion been totally unrealistic and then rushed at the end. Communication issues have continued with snagging fixes. I have given a list of snagging issues 3 times now and still awaiting feedback on majority of items.Finish to the house I would say is poor and clearly been rushed and needs snagging to correct. Since the new site manager has taken over issues around snagging have improved 100%. Nearly all snagging issues now completed and regular visits and communication to see how things are going. Customer service team is still a waste of time and they could not be bothered to follow their own complaints procedure and respond to my complaint within the 10 days.
