Everything was clearly explained and handled efficiently, which removed a lot of the uncertainty you usually get when selling and buying at the same time.The licence to occupy was a genuine lifesaver when it came to timing our move and took away a huge amount of pressure. That flexibility made a massive difference to us.In terms of the home itself, the quality of the property is very high and exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, Charles Church were extremely supportive financially, helping substantially with the deposit and including lots of valuable free upgrades, which really added to the overall value of the purchase.Overall, we couldn’t be happier with both the service and the end result.
