We have just made a reservation with Melissa! I can’t tell how helpful, patient and kind Melissa was. She’s brilliant and she tried so hard to ensure all are queries are addressed and we’re happy with what we get. She helped us to get what we were looking to have in our new home. All our requests have been kindly accommodated by Melissa. Charles Church is so lucky to have Melissa. She’s has been working on site on Christmas and New Year where most places are closed.
