Our experience started off well with Charles Church with the sales team they couldn’t have been more helpful. However the customer care team have been extremely appalling. We were advised someone would be in contact about our snagging list which took over 4 weeks and we had to chase this on multiple occasions. We had an emergency with electrics and was told someone couldn’t come out for over a week. When I advised this is not good enough someone finally came out on that day. We are now having issue with the boiler and over the Christmas have been told there is only one person on emergency call when it’s only Christmas Day and Boxing Day that are bank holidays. The customer care team are shut and had no reply from the emergency team. It’s unacceptable when you spend so much money on a house to have large issues like this after 2 months of moving in and having no urgency and lack of communication from the team.
