The process of purchase was great! Helena was fantastic, friendly and very approachable. Sadly, almost 2 years on from move-in and 1 year from site completion, we are still waiting for the back of our plot to be finished. We have been continuously fobbed off, being told that the landscaping is being arranged, when nothing ever comes to fruition. The contact is rude and condescending every time we ask for an update. Disgusting customer service and it seems they are happy to oblige until they have your money, but they soon become disinterested once you are in and they are off site.The further information form does not allow me to provide details.
