I visited to inquire about a used car for my wife, bringing a trade-in that was in excellent condition with low mileage and a full service history. The trade-in value was estimated at £3k to £3.25k, while similar cars were listed for £5k to £5.5k. To my surprise, I was offered only £1.1k to £1.5k. When I questioned this, they referenced a guide valuing it at £2.7k retail, despite higher sale prices. They didn't even inspect the car. If I had accepted their offer, they would have cleaned it and sold it for at least £4.5k, pocketing a hefty profit. The company seems more focused on profit than fair dealings. I won't be returning.
