My parents had a terrible experience with customer service here. After paying a reservation fee, they were promised a simple refund but have been given the runaround for over two weeks with vague excuses. The manager was rude and unprofessional, even trying to blame my parents for the delay. The lack of accountability and respect is unacceptable. After raising a complaint, the same manager dismissed it without addressing the issues. I recommend avoiding this place entirely.
