I had a disappointing experience with the roofing service I hired. After the work was completed around October 2025, our tenants reported ongoing leaks in the roof. Despite multiple attempts to communicate the urgency of the situation with photo evidence through various channels, I received false promises regarding appointments and resolutions, even with a guarantee of workmanship in place. They failed to meet any of their follow-up appointments, which worsened the situation. Customer service was lacking, as the phone support was handled by someone without authority, merely relaying messages to the workers. I would recommend they have a representative who can genuinely address customer concerns. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this service and hope they improve in the future.
