Disappointing Experience with Roofing Services I contracted a roofing service for some work, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations, particularly regarding their responsiveness. Quality of Work: Shortly after the work was completed around October 2025, tenants reported that the roof continued to leak despite the installation.
Communication: We attempted to convey the urgency for a resolution multiple times, providing photo evidence where possible through various channels like phone, messaging, and email, but were met with empty promises about follow-up appointments, even though they provided a guarantee on their workmanship.
Timeliness: They failed to honor any of their scheduled follow-ups, and despite our repeated reminders about the seriousness of the issue, their performance in this area was also lacking.
Customer Service: The customer service was unsatisfactory, as the representative lacked the authority to address our concerns and merely relayed messages to the workers who missed their scheduled meetings.
I suggest that they appoint someone capable of committing to appointments and genuinely caring for their clients. Overall, I cannot recommend this roofing service based on my experience. I hope they can enhance their quality and customer service in the future.
