Bad impression and experience from beginning to end. They are very polite, but absolutely no actual action to solve anything. Tried ordering from them, and my order was stopped. I wrote several emails and got in touch with customer service. Be careful regarding contact, they will lie continously and pretend they are doing something / the image of good customer device is important. Again very polite, but none of the agents actually know what they are doing, and supervisor approval will be required for things that are done with a few clicks at zalando etc. Steer well clear if you are ordering from the EU. I'm sure they'll reply to this post very politely, but again without any actual solutions.
