CHARLES TYRWHITT- Has any one else been scammed by this company? I feel that I fell into a classic bait and switch. They hold several "sales" annually, one being the Black Friday Sale. I purchased 4 shirts for $199. Since I wasn't sure which size I would be (their website is a bit confusing stating that their slim fit would actually be a regular fit to most), so their representative told me to order 2 of each and then exchange the two that didn't fit as well. After doing so, Charles Tyrwhitt found it more economical to refund me $44 without my approval instead of resending the promised shirt which usually retails at $129. The claim they did it because they had run out of stock. When I pointed out to them that they still show the exact shirt as in stock online, they claim that it is actually a new, different shirt with the same name, but is slightly different in color (even though they are both called "indigo blue"). They refuse to send me the new shirt. BAIT AND SWITCH? Shirts are not good quality either, not worth this hassle.
