Out of nowhere, the company has announced its decision to shut down the service it provided. Initially, I was very pleased with the service for nearly two years, but then I received a notification stating that all accounts would be terminated by January. I would have appreciated an explanation for this decision, so I reached out to customer support, but received no response. Essentially, I was informed only that the service is closing, with no reasons or answers to my inquiries. I am quite disappointed.
