I have placed an order back at the beginning of May, I contacted the Facebook page and they told me 10-15 days, told me they had been in hospital but will be doing orders again. Contacted constantly since then and not heard anything back. I messaged their WhatsApp number and had no reply. They have now replied and it is from a former employee stating Charlie has not payed their employees since last year and themself and a few others artists have now left the company so pictures are no longer being done. I am trying to get a refund but finding it difficult. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
