Review Time
I placed my order on December 1st and was informed on the 11th that it would be completed that day. I received an email on the 17th with my completed picture and was told it would be shipped to arrive by the 22nd, but I still haven't received it. Communication was poor; I felt ignored until I requested a full refund, which prompted a quick response. I emailed again today to inquire if my order would arrive before Christmas, as it's a gift for a family member, but I'm still waiting for a reply. This experience has been very disappointing, and there's a clear need for improvement in customer communication and order updates. I would have considered other options by now if I had known.
I have placed an order back at the beginning of May, I contacted the Facebook page and they told me 10-15 days, told me they had been in hospital but will be doing orders again. Contacted constantly since then and not heard anything back. I messaged their WhatsApp number and had no reply. They have now replied and it is from a former employee stating Charlie has not payed their employees since last year and themself and a few others artists have now left the company so pictures are no longer being done. I am trying to get a refund but finding it difficult. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
Possible SCAM!!!! After placing my order on the 12th June I have received zero correspondence from you. No 10-12 day review of product purchased- no status update- no product received- nothing. Yet I’m expected to write a review.... I received an email from an outside source on the 15th of June stating that Charlie’s drawings AU are unreliable that I won’t receive my product and to highly recommend I get a refund from the payment source I used. I wrote this off as spam as I have ordered off Charlie’s drawings in the past and was happy with my product. After more than 3 weeks I’m in the process of contacting my financial institute to get a refund and get my money back. Sadly I believe I have been scammed.
