I received an email on the 17th with my completed picture and was told it would be shipped to arrive by the 22nd, but I still haven't received it. Communication was poor; I felt ignored until I requested a full refund, which prompted a quick response. I emailed again today to inquire if my order would arrive before Christmas, as it's a gift for a family member, but I'm still waiting for a reply. This experience has been very disappointing, and there's a clear need for improvement in customer communication and order updates. I would have considered other options by now if I had known.
