I ordered a shirt from them in September and paid for package protection. The shirt never arrived- they sent me proof of delivery which was not my house. Now, after what feels like a million emails back and forth (which included ring doorbell footage showing that the date and time they state the delivery was made never happened) they keep telling me that they need to “reach out to the shipping company for more details” but will not tell me what details they need or what exactly they are waiting for. The fact that I paid for shipping protection and this is what you get in return? They are basically refusing to give me my money back. Stay away from them. Edit to this since the company responded and is trying to make it seem like I am not talking about the correct company. Fine, let me rephrase- I bought a top from you. There, better? I have reported this company to the BBB and FTC. Do not ever purchase from CHARLIE SUEDE LONDON.
