This service is a complete joke. I ordered a top in August, which took six weeks to arrive despite claims of quicker shipping. When it finally arrived, the quality was awful, so I requested a refund. They then attempted to charge a 30% restocking fee even though I barely touched the item. I argued that I would lose nearly half my money and that their service was unprofessional. Eventually, they agreed to a full refund, which I accepted. I returned the top (and paid for shipping) two weeks ago and have been repeatedly asking for my refund. They keep delaying and ignoring my messages, despite me providing proof of the return. This is completely unacceptable. They are scammers!
