This was my final correspondence with the company! Words cannot convey the level of disappointment and frustration I feel right now. I had long desired these boots, as I'm a shoe lover, and the design of these boots was everything I adore in a high heel. I even had a photo of them on my phone as my wallpaper for ages. Finally, on September 17, 2024, I made the decision to buy the boots, paying over $1,700, completely unaware that it would turn into a horrific experience and a significant waste of my hard-earned money. They sent me someone else's boots, which were not what I ordered. The size was completely wrong, more like a 7-8, and the bespoke design features I had specifically requested were missing. I provided a trace of my foot as instructed, so there was no reason for them to get the size wrong! If they couldn't make shoes in my size, they should not have accepted my payment. I have no use for these boots, yet they knew that when they packaged and sent them to me. The boots had scuffs on the sole, indicating they had been worn. Perhaps they were returns that I received. Regardless, this is absolutely unacceptable. I held off on posting any negative reviews to give them a chance to rectify this, but they have shown no respect for me as a customer. I demand a FULL REFUND and I am willing to return these boots! I waited over a year for the previous version of the boots, but I can't upload any pictures of the ordered versus received product. Just know that they were several sizes too small and a completely different design. I ordered bespoke boots, and after claiming they designed a custom fit for my foot, they sent me something entirely different. Now, the representative has ceased all communication. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
