This is my final correspondence with this service! Words cannot convey the depth of disappointment and frustration I am currently experiencing. I have admired these boots for ages; my passion for shoes makes the cut, heel, and overall design of these boots the ultimate representation of my taste in high heels. I had a photo on my phone as my wallpaper for a long time. Finally, on September 17, 2024, I decided to buy the boot and paid over $1,700.00, unaware that it would lead to a dreadful experience and a significant waste of my time and hard-earned money. You sent me someone else's boot. It is not what I ordered; it’s not even close to my size—more like a 7-8. The boots lack the bespoke design features I specified in detail (with pictures). I submitted a trace of my actual foot as instructed, so there’s no excuse for getting the size wrong! If you cannot make shoes in my size, you should not have accepted payment for a service you cannot provide. These shoes are utterly useless to me, but you were aware of that when you packaged them and sent them my way. They have scuffs on the sole, as if someone wore them. Perhaps they were a return that you sent to me. Regardless, this is completely unacceptable. I refrained from leaving negative reviews to give you a chance to rectify this situation. However, you have shown a lack of respect for me as a paying customer. I demand a FULL REFUND. I will gladly return these boots! I waited over a year for the previous version of the boot. Unfortunately, I cannot upload any pictures of the process or the boot I ordered versus what I received. Just know that it was several sizes too small and a completely different design. I ordered 'bespoke' custom-made boots. I provided a trace of my foot, and they claimed they designed a custom fit. They said the boot was made, but due to a large size, the leather tore, and they had to remake it. Yet, they sent a boot that looks nothing like what I ordered, and now communication has ceased. AVOID GIVING THIS SERVICE YOUR MONEY.

Complete SCAM!!! If I could give a negative rating, I would. They pretend to be a luxurious custom shop, showcasing appealing images on their website and social media. But that's all there is to it. They lure you in with 20-30% discounts weekly, making you feel like you're getting a great deal. Once you place an order, NOTHING happens. I kept inquiring about the production status, but they kept delaying until they stopped responding altogether. After filing a chargeback with my credit card company, I suddenly received a detailed email claiming my boots were ready, complete with fake images. They insisted on shipping them immediately if I withdrew my chargeback complaint, which I refused to do. They then began threatening legal action, stating it would only prolong the process. Challenge accepted. People, stay far away from this company; it has been the worst shopping experience of my life.
Unfortunately, the product I received does not reflect the quality the brand claims to uphold. Starting with the 'Nude Patent' boots, the fabric is not nude but brown. There was no dust bag, no size information on the box or sole, and the left shoe had glue on it, with poor craftsmanship along the heel. The sole looks cheap and is not centered properly. There are cracks along the toe box and the patent is peeling. The junction between the sole and heel is poorly done, with visible holes. The varnish appears to have been repainted to mask imperfections. The left shoe's heel is misaligned, with scratches and black paint used to cover flaws. The right shoe's heel is also angled incorrectly, with loose tips and numerous defects. The shoes are not symmetrical, with the left shoe's point being lower than the right. I suspect there is a lack of quality control before orders are shipped. I am unsure how to send images or videos to demonstrate these issues. Do not purchase from this company.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a $1,200 pair of boots for my wife and endured a year-and-a-half wait with minimal communication from the seller. They hide behind the claim of 'custom made' to avoid giving refunds, as if simply choosing a color and size is truly bespoke. I intended to wait for either my order or a refund before reviewing, but after 18 months, I've had enough. If I don’t hear back soon, I will contact my bank. Update: They replied, saying they are still making a new pair, but they are beyond the promised timeline. Update: The remade pair arrived, with better finish quality but still incorrect lining color. After two years, they still failed to get it right. Avoid this company.
Contact your bank immediately; this is a scam. They are no longer the reputable company they used to be. After selling the website, they pretend to sell the same products, but the original brand has closed due to various issues. They are dishonest, producing poor-quality items and generating numerous complaints about their products. Initially, they are polite and accommodating, but once payment is made, it turns into a nightmare.
