If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I ordered a $1,200 pair of boots for my wife and endured a year-and-a-half wait with minimal communication from the seller. Just five minutes into wearing them, the heel broke. I emailed customer support with my complaint and photos, but have yet to receive a response, and it has been a month. This has been the worst quality and shopping experience I've ever encountered.
