In short, this has been the most frustrating purchase I have made, and it remains unresolved. The delivery was over a year late, and I was constantly misled about the delivery dates. When the boots finally arrived, the quality was poor. They took the boots back and have ignored my emails for two weeks. At best, they are incompetent; at worst, they are scammers. I ordered in July 2023, and after multiple delays, they arrived in September 2024. The materials were nice, but the craftsmanship was lacking. I sent photos, and they agreed to a return, but I never received a collection receipt and they have stopped responding. Their excuse for the long wait was to fix quality issues, yet they rushed my order anyway. They hide behind the claim of 'custom made' to avoid giving refunds, as if simply choosing a color and size is truly bespoke. I intended to wait for either my order or a refund before reviewing, but after 18 months, I've had enough. If I don’t hear back soon, I will contact my bank. Update: They replied, saying they are still making a new pair, but they are beyond the promised timeline. Update: The remade pair arrived, with better finish quality but still incorrect lining color. After two years, they still failed to get it right. Avoid this company.
