I am extremely disappointed with the service. Customer support is non-existent. I received a tracking number that doesn't work. I placed an order over two weeks ago and still haven't received my item. They ignore my emails (there's no phone number available), and now I have reached out again to request a refund. I'm uncertain if I will hear back this time. This company should be investigated for misleading customers, as the reviews on their site appear to be false. Tomorrow, I will contact my bank to see if I can recover my money. I feel scammed by this service, which advertises under various names online. Beware!
