They were very quick to get my order out. I received it 2 days after ordering it. I accidentally put the wrong mailing adress on it, and I had called and left a voice mail right away, I also left a comment on their website about my error. They responded through email by the end of the next buisness day and called me back on day 2 after leaving the message. (I ordered the day after a federal holiday, was worried that would delay things. But it didn't) They were very polite and professional. The order arrived less than an hour after they called me back.
