I’m really disappointed with the new airbrush flawless concealer. The packaging is a big letdown – twisting it barely releases any product, and most of the time nothing comes out at all. It makes it frustrating and time-consuming to use, especially when you’re in a rush. For the price, I expected much better quality and functionality.
To make matters worse, I’m unable to return or refund the item as it’s been over 30 days. I didn’t use it straight away, so I had no way of knowing it was faulty, and now I can’t process a return through the website. Overall, a very frustrating experience and definitely not worth the money.
