Received the worst customer service of my life. I bought a lip oil in store at meadow hall, the ball on the top fell off on my first use and the oil leaked everywhere. I tried returning to store and they wouldn’t refund or return due to hygiene purposes which is understandable, however, the product was faulty, I then tried to get help online and they point blank refused to help me even though I provided photos of the faulty product. I will not shop at Charlotte Tilbury ever again!
Customer service have been really helpful and fast communication as my order got ruined in transit and right away they have sorted it i cant fault anything at all they are so polite and helpful and got a replacement dispatched the same day I got in Touch with them over all 1 very happy customer highly recommend you won't be disappointed what so ever
Absolutely fantastic service! I had an issue with lost packages over the past two weeks, but the Charlotte Tilbury customer care centre turned a frustrating situation into a positive experience. Natalie M , Shantel , and Natalie G responded quickly and were so friendly, keeping me updated throughout the process and refund me full price .I truly felt like a valued customer thanks to their genuine care and efficiency. I had an issue with my parcel and it was damaged in transit and was beyond repairable so i rang the customer service line and i spoke to Sahrish who was absolutely amazing and she got a replacement item sent out within 1-2 days to ensure my parcel was here in time for a birthday
Sonia was amazing at dealing with my lost parcel. My items were lost in transit so contacted charlotte Tilbury to advice in this situation. Sonia very quickly looked into this for me, confirming that my items had indeed been lost by the delivery service. My ordered items are now on their way once again. Fantastic service and very appreciated. Thank you.
I received excellent customer service from Charlotte Tilbury customer care online. The agent Janath was extremely courteous and very polite and was also very helpful and resolved my query.

I would like to give a general appreciation to the Charlotte Tilbury Team working behind sites, counters, packaging and producing products. We people always complain, but we don't think further how much work it takes from beginning till end to have a product on our make up table. Yes, things can happen sometimes, that's normal. Personally I had never an issue of ordering, paying or receiving packages in Germany. Customer service is always kind and will answer all your questions or issues. Here I mention Payal from Customer Care. Who is always friendly and resolves any issues with my account. I love the products and will keep using and recomending them.
