Received the worst customer service of my life. I bought a lip oil in store at meadow hall, the ball on the top fell off on my first use and the oil leaked everywhere. I tried returning to store and they wouldn’t refund or return due to hygiene purposes which is understandable, however, the product was faulty, I then tried to get help online and they point blank refused to help me even though I provided photos of the faulty product. I will not shop at Charlotte Tilbury ever again!
