I ordered some new products from Charlotte Tilbury, hoping things had improved over the past year. Unfortunately, my parcel never arrived and isn’t even trackable it just shows “parcel is delayed.”
I contacted customer service to find out where my order was and they refused to assist me, leaving me completely without support. The delay is not my fault at all. I’ve now moved to a new address and still have no idea what happened to my parcel.
Since customer service refused to help, I have contacted my bank to request a refund. If this happens to you, this is a way to get your money back when the parcel isn’t delivered and the company won’t assist you.
I cannot recommend ordering from Charlotte Tilbury if you want reliable delivery and proper support.
PS. The company keeps replying to negative reviews with “Please contact Customer Service,” etc, even though I already did and they were completely useless.
