After multiple issues, the store claimed they would expedite the shipment so I could receive it on time. When the ring finally arrived, it was completely incorrect—I ordered silver and received gold instead.The entire process was mishandled from start to finish. The purchase was made by Archita, and communication took place with Cortney, but despite multiple interactions, the errors were never properly resolved. The lack of attention to detail, accountability, and quality control is shocking.This experience was a complete disappointment and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service or accurate orders.
