Do not shop at Charm. This was one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had.
I ordered a ring and it was sent to the wrong location. After multiple issues, the store claimed they would expedite the shipment so I could receive it on time. When the ring finally arrived, it was completely incorrect—I ordered silver and received gold instead.
The entire process was mishandled from start to finish. The purchase was made by Archita, and communication took place with Cortney, but despite multiple interactions, the errors were never properly resolved. The lack of attention to detail, accountability, and quality control is shocking.
This experience was a complete disappointment and caused unnecessary stress and frustration. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for reliable service or accurate orders.

Charm can't be making good sales.There hasn't been a new commercial in years. The ones they do have. Are silly.They actually think these kinds of commercials will help with their sales.I for one would not.When you spend this kind of money.The store must reflect the seriousness of the merchants.Not from clowns advertising their products.
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in your company and their outdated systems for warranty. I have now spent many thousands of dollars on jewelry at Charm. I have purchased my wedding set, my husband’s ring, all jewelry for my wedding party, family gifts, and most recently a diamond upgrade to my engagement ring. I recently went to have my ring dipped as the white gold is yellowing. I was told by an associate that this would not be possible without the pamphlet that I received in 2012 when I purchased my wedding set. Without this pamphlet, I was told that my warranty is no longer valid. ARE THEY SERIOUS? In such a digital world, they are expecting people to walk around with a random pamphlet in their purses to have a ring inspected? They think that it makes sense for people to have these things in their back pockets at all times in case they happen to go to the mall? Seriously, Charm Diamond Centres needs to update their system and u til it is, I will not be spending another penny at their stores. I feel it is incredibly unfair and a way for this company to NOT honour jewelry that should still be under warranty.
I took my engagement ring in to get inspected and they said it was fine. Took the ring to different jewelry store and was advised one prong holding diamond is bent and to get it looked at ASAP. So needless to say I will go back to Charm and ask what is going on. I am Not a very happy customer
