I am writing to express my extreme disappointment in your company and their outdated systems for warranty. I have now spent many thousands of dollars on jewelry at Charm. I have purchased my wedding set, my husband’s ring, all jewelry for my wedding party, family gifts, and most recently a diamond upgrade to my engagement ring. I recently went to have my ring dipped as the white gold is yellowing. I was told by an associate that this would not be possible without the pamphlet that I received in 2012 when I purchased my wedding set. Without this pamphlet, I was told that my warranty is no longer valid. ARE THEY SERIOUS? In such a digital world, they are expecting people to walk around with a random pamphlet in their purses to have a ring inspected? They think that it makes sense for people to have these things in their back pockets at all times in case they happen to go to the mall? Seriously, Charm Diamond Centres needs to update their system and u til it is, I will not be spending another penny at their stores. I feel it is incredibly unfair and a way for this company to NOT honour jewelry that should still be under warranty.
