My experience has been the same as many others. The same generic excuses about logistics. I ordered on the 8th of January and I am still waiting on it. My mother ordered on the 9th of January and her order arrived on Monday the 9th of Feb!
I'm not interested in their changing of logistics, I want to know when can I expect my order and I cannot get an answer to that.
