The problem was a log burner door catch that wouldn't 'catch'. The technical dept were able to give explicit advice with some pictures which resolved the problem. I was impressed with the the fact that I could actually speak to a human being rather than trying to interact with some facile virtual idiot. Problem resolved, well done.
