Charnwood was recommended by a local firm selling stoves. I was attracted to Charnwood by the fact that in their brochure they list faith in God as one of three things vital to them. This gave me confidence that their firm and products would be trustworthy, of high quality and dependable. I have not been disappointed and am now enjoying using my stove.
A five star award for 5-star service. Charnwood organised the whole project from start to finish. Their staff are all courteous, helpful & knowledgeable. The installation process went without a hitch & was completed within the given timeframe. I’m absolutely delighted with my C4Duo log burner which is a very handsome addition to the room & it’s efficient & easy to use. I cannot recommend Charnwood highly enough. Thank you all.
You may note from an earlier Charnwood TRUSTPILOT review that my experience with Charnwood and their multi fuel stoves has all been very harmonious and for a very good reason.The stoves are exceptionally well built, you have an immediate point of access throughout the UK and for information, spares and expert assistance.Whilst you may take issue with the initial cost when comparing with the plethora of stoves available via the internet, for good reason Charnwood are the Rolls Royce of multi fuel stoves.I speak from experience and that of a neighbour and Family member all now with Charnwood Multi fuel stoves that have now all experienced the same rewards that their stoves provide.
Well built stove which throws out a lot of heat. There is a choice of cool touch handle colours. We chose black & it cost an additional £17. You do get the original handle delivered as well. This stove also comes with a 10 year guarantee if you register it online. The fire, the stockist & our HETAS engineer were all 1st class. Thank you Charnwood :)
Lovely stove, suits our needs perfectly. Very helpful via email when registering for the 10 year guarantee.Totally different from an open fire. Lighting and using the air vent/control needs getting used to, but very efficient. Looks great and gives a lovely cosy heat.
