Whilst opening the door of our Aire5 stove to put on a log, the door fell off the bottom hinge and then the top. Luckily my husband managed to keep a hold of it otherwise it would have dropped smashing the hearth. On inspection the pins in the lower hinge had sheared in half. Despite some initial miscommunication Charnwood have dealt with this promptly and efficiently sending someone the day following speaking with them, to replace and fix the issue. I would suggest any queries regarding aftercare are directed to Charnwood rather than a supplier as they have been extremely helpful and keen to offer support along with helpful advice.
