Unsolicited marketing email

I got an email today about an invitation to join paid courses. Basically, this company is selling courses. One star because I have never heard of this company before, and I never subscribe to any marketing materials and yet I received this unwanted email which is a spam. I do not how they got my personal information i.e. email address, it is a concern.
