Fayaz is an excellent instructor, very patient, calm and always gives clear instructions. He took time to ensure I understand everything and we practiced issues I faced repeatedly. I passed first try! Additionally, it was a clear and organised course, the tests were found quickly and I had no issues with bookings or the website. Overall, learning to drive was a great experience!

I took them to court and won. Not paid me my money back still.

I was badly scammed by this company. I paid and did not receive the service I paid for. I took them to court. I won. They ghosted me. I regularly message them by any means possible. When they did respond before the court case it was very toxic and very stressful. On top of the money I lost I had to pay for court fees. They didn't even show at court. I will be happy to upload evidence to show this. Also, if you use filters and ask to just see the verified reviews there are no good ones in there just ones. Intensive Lessons is just a trading name - smart bookings ltd is the name of the company.

Cancelled Within Days, Deposit Still Kept

I booked an intensive driving course and cancelled within three days before any lessons, instructor allocation or confirmed test bookings took place. Despite this, the company refused to refund the deposit.Communication after cancellation felt dismissive and inflexible. Although I requested evidence of actual costs incurred on my behalf, none was provided beyond general statements that “work had started.” No tangible service was delivered to me.I appreciate that businesses have terms and conditions, but fairness and clarity matter. Retaining the full deposit when a customer cancels almost immediately and receives no practical service feels unreasonable. I would advise anyone considering booking to read the small print very carefully and ensure they fully understand the deposit policy before proceeding.Overall, my experience was disappointing due to poor transparency, rigid customer service, and an unwillingness to find a reasonable resolution.

Do not use this service

I signed up and paid on the understanding that they could provide the service advertised. Only after taking my money was I told that they could not proceed because, according to them, there was not enough time between when I passed my theory test and the proposed course date. This requirement was never made clear at the point of booking, nor was it highlighted as a condition that could prevent the service from being delivered.As a result, they were unable to offer me the service at all. Despite this, they have refused to issue a full refund and are only offering a partial one. I find this unreasonable. If a company cannot provide the service it sells, particularly due to criteria that were not clearly explained upfront, the customer should not be left out of pocket.The lack of transparency around eligibility requirements and the refusal to provide a full refund has left me with little confidence in how this business treats its customers. I would strongly advise anyone considering using them to clarify all conditions in writing before paying.
