Good amount of knowledge that needs to be absorbed! This course was great and went into details of the delay and disruption and what to do in those cases from a commercial / legal point of view! The trainer was really good and had years of experience and knowledge in these topics.
Prof Wendy Bonython is an excellent teacher and makes an incredibly complex area of law easier to understand. She is exceptionally knowledgeable and made the course engaging and thought-provoking, and she was able to answer all of our wide-ranging questions.The course is well structured and thorough and gives a good base grounding in Australian Healthcare law, negligence and liability.
