Hey — honestly, Chandler puts on the best events ever. This was my first time attending, and the place was great. There was a casino in the lobby and the event meeting room was also there, which was super cool because we would all meet in the lobby and go play pickleball in the morning. It was fun.
There were also cool things to do nearby. We stayed close to Fremont Street in Las Vegas at the Grand Downtown Hotel. It was fun to do things outside, and being inside the event and the meetup, there were great people, lots of speakers, and plenty of networking. I really appreciated the whole experience.
We learned how people were doing seven figures and above with different marketing methods like agent outreach and direct-to-seller. Honestly, it was a wealth of information. Shawn Surani, who is 22 years old, was there — he’s one of the best. He’s making $4 million a year wholesaling real estate and $2 million a year flipping. He had a lot to say about our business when we asked questions, and I really appreciated that.
I think it was a great event and I would recommend it to anyone. If you’re part of the Level Up REI school group, there are recordings of past events that are phenomenal. I really recommend checking out an event, joining a skool group, or even joining the higher-tier Level Up program — it’s definitely worth the money. I could tell many people found value in the program, the connections, and the resources and materials provided.
Chandler, by the way, is super good at pickleball, and he definitely needs to be studied because he looks like a real-life G.I. Joe.
These guys are awesome, I had so many headaches running non profitably working PPC agencies, PPL lead providers, cold caller agencies, etc you name it! Every agency sold me on the best leads and a profitable business but never came through but after working with the Level up team & bringing our marketing inhouse our costs are way down and our profits are way up!! They are very supportive & communicative, the whole team really backs you up and makes you feel like they’ve got you. Anytime you need help they are there and always have great tips & guidance. We are finally profitable and crushing it now after working with the level up team highly recommend anyone to work with them if they take their business serious..
Chandler is who he says he is, not many people who run coaching programs are. I’ve been in level up since I was 18yrs old and I’m now 22 and have done 75+ deals and a little over 2M in revenue. The community built here of legitimate investors who are open and willing to share anything is second to none. Don’t join if you want to do this business alone and struggle longer.
Incredible program with driven and high level real estate folks. If you're not sure how to solve a problem or take your business to the next level, someone in the community has already been there and can fast track you. Oh absolutely, if you're into throwing your money into a black hole and getting ghosted for asking questions and telling who you are and what you do.Truly, deeply, wildly disappointed. But hey, at least they're making bank, right? 🙃
Levelup changed my business drastically. My business lacked consistency.
