One of the most terrifying leaps I have made in my life. Yet I can with all honesty, say that Rhian and Shelby held my metaphorical hand through the whole process seamlessly. Everything was explained clearly and concisely, and even though I must have called too many times for an average human being, I was always greeted with nothing but politeness and charm.
