They are a fantastic company have nothing but good things to say about these people! Very helpful when looking for a property, communication was 10/10 during our whole transition, Michael is always on hand to answer our questions and if he’s not available someone else is always more than happy to answer any queries we have! Can't fault Charters Fareham at all during a new Tennets moving into our property. Michael & Harrison was absolutely Amazing and so great at communicating with us at every step. Even the multiple questions day we had.

Eloise at the north end branch was amazing, after viewing one property with her and discussing our needs she said she had a property that would meet our needs, so we arranged a viewing and she was spot on. All the follow up so far has been painless and we are hoping to move within the next few weeks.
We recently had some issues with our boiler. Taylor Bray was extremely helpful at organising an engineer to come out and have a look in a timely manner. Due to the nature of the issue the engineer had to come out 4 separate times which was frustrating but Taylor made the whole thing less stressful, kept me updated with regular calls and emails. We now have a working boiler thanks to Taylor’s effective communication and commitment.
Have been supported by Chloe in the last place I lived in for 2 years and when we started looking for a new place. She was very proactive in finding us places within our specifications and knew all details when showing properties. Very satisfied
Fantastic from start to finish, called many occasions to arrange multi viewing always greated we polite well wandered and professional people, when out view I was introduced to Lewis very well presented well informed young man who was able to answer all my questions and give me some great advice when making decisions as for the guys in the office I spoke to all very wecoming and helpful when leaving a messge for somonoe i was also contacted back ASAP. all in all great bunch of people.
Rob Skiffins has been an absolute star in helping us, with the issue that we had that had taken a fair bit of time between multiple departments, was sorted within a matter of hours after he made all the necessary calls. Saved us a ton of hassle and went above and beyond!
Michael was amazing I couldn’t of ask for a better agent , even when I was messaging him silly things he stayed professional and helped me to the very end , even went out of his way when it was at the last stages , amazing man
