I was moving and called in 2 weeks prior for a 12-14-2018 installation, The lady which was still living in the home I was moving to called and asked why I was disconnecting her cable? NO ONE SHOWED UP ON 12-14-18!I did call Spectrum on 12-14-18 and told them if they did not come on Monday the 17th just to forget the order. Well, they did come in the afternoon of 12-17-18.As I stated I did move in on 12-14th. I received my bill 3 weeks approximately. The amount of the bill was $543. I went to Spectrum immediately! ( I had no previous charges and HAD returned any and all equipment)The lady I spoke with could not find any reason for such charges.She did contact someone by phone, and they stated not to pay anything at this time. Later the following week I did pay $167.00 and a couple of weeks later I did pay $168.00. She also informed me my bill was $163.00 per month, and I now ow approximately $300.00 . I am 73 years of age, and feel I have paid all I need to.I did return all equipment. The lady I was speaking with reviewed my bill, and stated not to pay anything until I received my final bill.I will never deal with this company AGAIN!
