ordered a 'nice ass' (donkey) picture in frame.It took 5 weeks to arrive, the picture 'canvas' was packed separately and rolled up and squashed in transit so had creases.The picture didn't fit the very low cost frame provided.The frame has a plastic glass which has some film on it which can't be removed.Tried to email them to complain at support address but got a mail bounce.
