Chase is scum. I had a break in 2023 and they stole things out of my truck including a cashed check I had from earlier that day.. Which I did not realize this at the time. Fast forward to 2025. Someone took that check from 2023 and cashed it again and they took that money out of my account. They refused to reimburse the money stolen and then blamed me for the whole thing. After going back and forth with people who barely speak English I gave up. And now again I received a charge from eBay that I did not purchase and who would have guessed? They are refusing my claim. Total useless trying to reason with these people. Changing banks. F them. I do not recommend giving them your business.
