When I initiated a chargeback through my bank, their support (specifically a representative named Asad M.) contacted me via email begging me to "withdraw the dispute" in exchange for a refund. This is a direct violation of Visa and Mastercard Merchant Rules! They are trying to trick customers into dropping legal protection so they can keep the stolen money.
