I requested a refund within 2 hours of subscribing due to their misleading service, but they flatly refused.After several emails, they tried to trick me into accepting a "50% partial refund" to settle the case. I refused to compromise. It was only after I issued a final ultimatum—stating I would initiate a Credit Card Chargeback with my bank—that they finally agreed to a full refund.Advice to others: Do not accept their partial refund offers. Stand your ground and threaten a dispute/chargeback. They only pay back when they know you’re serious.
