I had not meaningfully used the service. Support refused the refund, citing “misunderstanding”, without clearly applying their own published refund criteria for UK/EU customers (time window + minimal usage limits).My takeaway: if you want a specific service (e.g., Claude), you’re better off subscribing directly with the provider rather than paying for an intermediary portal that may be difficult to unwind if you change your mind quickly. After several emails and requests they finally refunded.
