Instead, the company chose a rigid, confrontational stance that prioritizes extracting payment over treating customers reasonably.Based on this experience, I strongly advise others to be extremely cautious. If something goes wrong — even immediately — do not expect understanding, flexibility, or customer-focused behavior.
