I am very frustrated with the company's misleading practices. I accidentally subscribed and requested a refund almost immediately. I hadn't used the service at all. According to their own refund policy, I should have been eligible for a full refund, but their support team denied my request, claiming accidental purchases are ineligible. They offered partial refunds instead, citing vague costs without justification, which goes against their stated policy. It's clear they intentionally mislead customers. I will be pursuing a chargeback and have filed a complaint with consumer protection authorities. I advise others to avoid this service.
