I was looking to subscribe to Gemini AI. Their ad comes on top saying they use Gemini Pro. After subscribing to them, I discover that they are NOT official Gemini reseller. After repeated attempt for refund, I can even click on a prompt to submit the refund process. Google Ads should flag this as scam and not just accept their ad money.

Please do not fall to this scam! They get your money trough fake ads and looking like other services, then they change you for services that are free. Even if you immediately understand the scam, there is no refund and basically impossibile to cancel so you have to get a new credit card. Is crazy how google allow such scammers to put top ads in their search.

Same experience as others; misled by marketing

Same experience as others. I fell for their deceptive marketing, believing I was subscribing to something else. I feel foolish now. Hopefully, their poor reputation will assist future victims with chargebacks. P.S. They won't refund you, but do ask anyway; it might help your bank with the reversal.

Highly unresponsive and unreliable

I previously used another AI service, but they switched to a version that didn't meet my needs, leading me to cancel my membership. I then tried a different platform and briefly purchased a professional membership. Initially, it worked well, but now it takes far too long to get responses, making it unusable. This seems to be a widespread issue, and if you're looking for reliable AI, I suggest looking elsewhere. I plan to cancel my subscription soon.

Deeply frustrated with their practices

I am very frustrated with the company's misleading practices. I accidentally subscribed and requested a refund almost immediately. I hadn't used the service at all. According to their own refund policy, I should have been eligible for a full refund, but their support team denied my request, claiming accidental purchases are ineligible. They offered partial refunds instead, citing vague costs without justification, which goes against their stated policy. It's clear they intentionally mislead customers. I will be pursuing a chargeback and have filed a complaint with consumer protection authorities. I advise others to avoid this service.

Immediate cancellation request ignored

I accidentally subscribed to an annual plan and immediately contacted the company for cancellation and a refund. I never used the service. It took them 17 days to respond, only to deny my refund request citing a non-refundable policy. Their response ignored my immediate cancellation request and the lack of service usage. This experience felt more like a trap for accidental subscriptions rather than a customer-centered service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone concerned about fair treatment.
