I was looking to subscribe to Gemini AI. Their ad comes on top saying they use Gemini Pro. After subscribing to them, I discover that they are NOT official Gemini reseller. After repeated attempt for refund, I can even click on a prompt to submit the refund process. Google Ads should flag this as scam and not just accept their ad money.
Please do not fall to this scam! They get your money trough fake ads and looking like other services, then they change you for services that are free. Even if you immediately understand the scam, there is no refund and basically impossibile to cancel so you have to get a new credit card. Is crazy how google allow such scammers to put top ads in their search.
For a hassle-free experience, steer clear of this service. As a paying user, I've found it controls its availability. Additionally, you need to provide extensive data to help it learn how to respond to inquiries.
