Despite having ZERO USAGE of their platform and not consuming a single token, Chatly's support repeatedly cited a company "policy" and definitively refused to process the refund. Their non-refundable policy on mistaken transactions is appalling for a digital service where non-usage can be clearly verified.
This is not about the $20.00; it's about unacceptable customer service and business practice. Based on my experience and other reviews, this appears to be a common issue. I have escalated this matter for a chargeback and to consumer protection agencies. A zero-star company and service that should be avoided.
